That's one of the best $38.99 i ever spent

This purchase of two single station timers gives me two. My first purchase a couple of years ago. That's two for myself and one for a lady friend who is 85 years old with serious hearing problem. PS I'm 89. The timer has saved me several close calls when my timer clacked me to my kitchen. Thanks

Would not start? Removed and checked batteries - all good! Found transparent
plastic strip used to isolate batteries. This was the reason unit would not start!
On replacing batteries, one battery spring contact fell-off. Had to reassemble provisionally!
