Shipping & Returns
We normally ship our products within 1 to 3 business days. In the event we are unable to ship within that time frame we will contact you and advise when we expect to ship, and ask you if you would prefer a full refund. Shipping costs and expected delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on the method you choose for shipping your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will normally appear on the shipping quote page during checkout.
Orders placed with invalid/incomplete addresses will be placed on hold for one or two business days. We will contact you by phone or email for address confirmation. If we do not receive word from you in the aforementioned time frame, the order will ship to the address as entered. You are responsible for any additional fees an invalid address may incur.
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective item, etc.). All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective items are not returnable after this 30-day window.
You should normally expect to receive your refund within 12 business days of your giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the payment service to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
Buyer assumes full responsibility in determining the suitability of these items for buyers intended use.
All returns require an RGA number from Tech Instrumentation. Items must be returned postage paid to our facility in order to be considered for warranty or refund. Please call 303-841-7567 to obtain an RGA number if you need to return an item. Non defective returns must be in the original unopened packaging with all accessories to be eligible for a refund. Unopened, non-defective returns are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking charge.
Non-defective items that have been opened or are missing any parts including instructions are NOT RETURNABLE. Defective items will be repaired or replaced per manufacturer's policy. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable except in the case of an error on our part. Service charges (repairs, certifications etc.) are not refundable. Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped to you in order to be eligible for refund. All returns must be returned postage paid to our facility in Elizabeth CO. We pay shipping back to your location for all warranty returns.
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments: We will refund 75% of the cost of the product less shipping costs (both ways) for shipments that are returned to us as refused or undeliverable. Service charges (repairs, certifications etc.) are warranted but are not refundable. Purchaser agrees to pay all charge-back and related costs incurred by us in the event a credit card charge-back is initiated by the purchaser for refused shipments. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the event of an error on our part.
