Replacement and accessory probes for the meters we sell — penetration, needle, surface, air, oven and pocket styles, in both thermistor and thermocouple types. Check connector and sensor type against your meter before ordering.

What matters when choosing is measurement range, accuracy, response time, and whether the probe is built for the environment it will sit in. Penetration and needle probes read fast in soft product, surface probes are shaped for flat surfaces, and air and oven probes are for ambient readings.
