Service was excellent. Thermometer arrived set at 75 degrees. I boiled water and it went to 212 so hopefully it's going be accurate. In the drawer, it's still past the 50 degree mark. I have arthritis and it's difficult try turn the nut at top.
I love the big dial which makes it easy to read, unlike the ones they sell in the stores, which have small dials. I could not find a thermometer made just for yeast and dough. I am glad that I came across your website.
