PMTM-10USB Property Management Temperature Monitoring Kit
10 Unit temperature monitoring kit for landlords and property managers. In most states, landlords are required to to maintain a minimum temperature for their tenants. Verify compliance with local heat laws with our PMTM monitoring kits. NIST Traceable certifications are optionally available for proof of verification. Print out the PDF records to file away as a means to maintain an ongoing history of compliance.
Simply place one monitor in each rental unit as needed and set it to record a temperature every hour of every day (or at other intervals as needed). If there is ever a question regarding temperature in the unit, simply bring your laptop to the unit, plug the monitor into the USB port and you will instantly see the temperature history for the past year or more. Helpful for HVAC servicemen too as they will be able to see if there is an unusual history which may indicate intermittent problems. The battery will typically last 1 to 3 years and may be replaced as needed. Pre-programming of the monitors is available.
Optional free software (not required for use) may be downloaded that allows for a much more in-depth analysis of the temperature trends over time.
|Sensor Measurement Range||-25°C to +60°C (-13°F to +140°F)|
|Operating Temperature Range||-25°C to +60°C (-13°F to +140°F)|
|Storage Temperature Range||0°C to +40°C (32°F to +104°F).|
|Rated Temperature Reading Accuracy||Better than ±0.5°C (±0.9°F) for -20°C to +40°C (-4°F to +104°F).
Better than ±0.7°C (±1.3°F) for -25°C to -20°C (-13°F to -4°F) & +40°C to +60°C (+104°F to +140°F).
Actual performance is typically much better than the rated values. Please see the Rated Absolute Accuracy chart below.
Accuracy figures can be improved by recalibration.
|Rated Temperature Reading Resolution||Less than 0.1°C/F.
Please see the Rated Native Resolution chart below.
LogTag Analyzer® currently displays to one decimal place of °C or °F. The native resolution is what is stored in the LogTag®.
|Sensor Reaction Time||Typically less than 7 minutes (T90) in moving air (1m/s) in EN12830:1999.|
